1. What is included and excluded in the cost?

Included:

¡Full transportation costs (private car/train tickets/fuel and driver fees);

¡Professional Chinese, English, and French-speaking guide services (language support tailored to group needs);

¡Accommodation fees (double occupancy or specified standard hotels; single rooms require a supplement);

¡Entrance tickets for listed attractions (excludes optional paid experiences).

Excluded:

¡Meals (to encourage exploration of local cuisine based on personal preferences);

¡Personal expenses (shopping, insurance, visas, etc.).


2. What is the refund policy for cancellations?

For cancellations due to personal reasons:

¡More than 30 days before departure: A 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded;

¡15-30 days before departure: The 30% deposit is non-refundable;

¡Within 15 days of departure: Full costs for booked transportation/accommodation (with proof) will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded proportionally;

¡Within 72 hours of departure: No refund.

Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.): Rescheduling or refunds based on actual losses.


3. Can the itinerary be customized? Can you guarantee the best seasonal views?

Customization: Routes and stops can be adjusted upon request, but confirmation is required at least 30 days in advance.

Seasonal limitations:

¡Custom tours cannot 100 percent guarantee peak seasonal conditions (e.g., cherry blossoms/fall foliage are weather-dependent);

¡We provide seasonal recommendations, but outcomes depend on actual conditions.


4. Group size and age restrictions?

Group size: 2-7 travelers to ensure flexibility and depth of experience.

Age: No strict limits, but physical fitness is required for hikes/mountain activities. Children must be accompanied by guardians.


5. What languages do the guides speak?

Guides: Provide全程讲解 in Chinese, English, or French (arranged based on group needs);

Emergencies: Guides assist with multilingual communication with local authorities/hospitals.


6. How to book and pay?

Booking process: Submit requests via website/customer service → Confirm itinerary and fees → Sign e-contract → Pay 30% deposit → Final payment due 15 days before departure.

Payment methods:

¡International users: PayPal (transaction fees borne by the user);

¡Bank transfer: EUR/USD/CNY accounts accepted (company details provided).

Unpaid balances: Failure to pay the final amount 15 days before departure forfeits the deposit.


7. Is there free time during the tour?

Daily free time: 1-2 hours for shopping, photos, or relaxation;

Half-day options: Available in cities like Paris or Amsterdam (requires advance guide coordination).


8. How is safety ensured?

Vehicles: Licensed drivers and regularly inspected vehicles from certified providers;

Guides: Trained in local safety protocols and emergency procedures;

Insurance: Strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical/accidental costs.


9. Any luggage recommendations?

Luggage: Due to limited vehicle space, daily luggage should ideally not exceed 30kg;

Valuables: Keep personal items (cash, electronics) with you at all times.


10. Other important notes

Visas: Travelers must obtain required visas independently (we provide itinerary documents for applications);

Weather: Receive a forecast 3 days before departure; bring rain/UV protection gear;

Sustainability: No single-use toiletries provided; bring reusable bottles/bags;

Refund process: Processed within 10 business days via original payment method (fees borne by user).
